The founder of Eternal Weddings New Zealand, Angelika de Vere, moved from Germany, where she was born and educated, to New Zealand at the end of 1979.

Angelika fell in love with the uniqueness of this country and its people and made New Zealand her home. Married to John, a Professional Videographer, and a genuine Kiwi, with whom she has 3 children.

In 1999, she was appointed by the New Zealand Registrar General as a Civil Marriage Celebrant and has since then officiated at many weddings. She is a member of the Celebrants Guild of New Zealand Incorporated.

With the introduction of the Civil Union Act, April 2004, Angelika was appointed as a Civil Union Celebrant.

Besides officiating at weddings , she manages a luxurious Bed & Breakfast in the country, which often provides the ideal location for couples wanting to get married amongst pristine New Zealand nature.

With her team of professionals, (Videographer, Photographer, Florist, etc) she has the knowledge and expertise to make your wedding ceremony one of the most beautiful, romantic and unforgettable moments.
